Forgiveness: Letting go of our baggage of emotional and mental resentments is the key to success. As long as we keep holding others responsible for our pain, our shame, or our anger, we continue to be weighed down, making moving forward more difficult. It is time to learn to Be the Tree, and allow things to pass over us, never holding on to what does not serve us. Life is not just about springs and summers. Autumn/Fall and Winter are crucial times where trees let go of their leaves, and become dormant in invitation of quiet reflection.
Message: Release entrenched energy patterns that create chronic physical conditions like fibromyalgia.
Creative Power: Our second chakras, also known as the sacral chakra, is activated when we begin to use our abilities to create. It is connected to our womb, vehicle for self-expression, and is also linked to House 2 of the zodiac. This is where archetypal energy, the High Priestess, reigns supreme. As we trust in our inner guidance as a tool for creation, our worlds expand, and latent talents begin to reveal themselves.
Message: A major part in the meaning of life is contained in the very process of discovering it.
Courage: Building good foundations in our lives involves not just physically manifesting what you want, but also spiritually manifesting it as well. Courage comes from pulling out the big guns which tell people, I am capable and able to make my dreams come true. We are the architects of our lives, designing the floor plans and structures of the “buildings” we live in. No matter what it is that you are building in your life, remember that you are strong. Make a commitment to happiness and reinvent your life YOUR way.
Message: We are indeed Magical beings on the inside where spirit lies. It is time for us to recognize that.
Vision: A good business cannot be sustained without a strong vision for the future. The same is true of our lives. In order to set sail on the journey of life, YOU must be the captain of the ship and create the vision for what you want. A good vision requires knowing that you have permission to choose how you move forward, and who you move forward with. YOU are the author-ity who creates the journey.
Message: Make a new start. Release the slave mentality that holds you in fear of visioning a new way of living. Affirm for yourself today – I act.
Music: Many of the greatest songs over time are considered great because of the melodies. Having a catch phrase tied to repeatable and easy rhythms create that “I’ve got that song in my head that I can’t get out” feeling. Think about your favorite commercial slogan or message set to music. I can still sing the Oscar Mayer Bologna song or the ZOOM address. “Box 350 Boston Mass, 02134. Send it to ZOOM.”
Our lives are just as simple. When we embrace the magical rhythms of life, tuning in with nature and our inner song, we are able to create a life that not only sings, but has longevity! But for all of this to work, we must take time to be silent and listen to the call around us.
Message: Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.

Forgiveness is the perfect partner when we begin to set our life foundations. Knowing that with each corner, we need to forgive those people, thoughts, events, words that weigh us down with negativity.

With visioning, forgiveness allows us to release the clouds and layers of other people’s thoughts that keep us in the dark as to our own visions. With music, we begin to hear the strains of sadness and hurt held deeply within our hearts, as a favorite song triggers us to tears. This e-motion helps us to clear away all that we held onto and begin to hear our songs.
