For many, Uranus’s move to retrograde motion in Aries went fairly unnoticed on Friday, July 13th. It’s an outer planet and it’s change in direction rarely affects us on a personal level unless interacting with our natal planets.
Uranus in Aries is an eccentric, innovative, socially conscious, ready for action energy that creates a push/pull energy in our lives. Word Energy shows it to be “a symbolical battle between swords, the disciples of might, and torches, the disciples of enlightenment.” It walks the path of its own home in House 11 of the Zodiac – advocates for World Brotherhood – but confused as to how to achieve the Justice that is needed. Do I rebel and fight with words or swords, or do I respond by enlightening myself and others by cleaving to the tenets of “unconditional love?” That is the question of the (47/11.)
Now with Uranus in Retrograde motion, the path of the (79/16/7) raises its head as old structures come tumbling down under the energy of the Tower/Chariot archetype energies.
“Uranus Retrograde” is a powerful motivator to “change your story” and find “freedom of the soul” by honoring “your sacred contract.” The urge to “find your passion” and “follow your heart” is strong. How? Learn to “own your own mind” and “realign yourself” with “what nourishes you.”
The Caution: Under this energy, “lessons of humility” appear to help you “let your guard down” and release entrenched “paranoid delusions” that others are out to take from you.
When Uranus in Aries goes retrograde, the path of the (104/5) zooms into our field of vision, asking us to let go of the “fear of the unknown” and “awaken to your soul’s purpose.” The (5) is the Sun in Leo’s house asking you to proclaim your greatness, taking pride in yourself, with the spirit of humility and generosity of love. It’s time to express your creative vision and explore your world.
The Caution: A very disturbing “distortion of truth” within, and around you, may have left you confused about who you are, or what is really true to you. But it is only when you “anchor yourself in love” that the truth can be found.
The Fix: “Heal your inner saboteur” that leaves you with “a heart of un-forgiveness” against those who have hurt you, or are different from you. Uranus says: “The truth shall set you free.” After all, Uranus is the “gate that opens to the garden of all fulfilled desires.” That gate is the gate of TRUTH!
Remember: “You are an agent of light.” Light cannot sustain itself when covered with the darkness of anger, frustration, or disillusionment. There are those who have been in your life, or wish to enter, who are “lovely advocates for the soul.” Seek them out on your journey, that you may open to who you truly are meant to be.
