Happy Birthday America! Today is July 4th and we are in the season of fruitfulness.

This is the month of the “July Cancer,” the crab who is learning to “let go and let God.” Under the power of the “Hanged Man,” the “July Cancer” strives to the be the tree, learning how NOT to live a life of self undoing, but to value the treasures it carries within. Successful July Cancer’s work to clear their spiritual and physical roots as a method for purifying the spirit. Once relieved of their burdens of the past, they can be the light or the guide in the darkness for others to follow. This is the perfect energy match for the “United States” whose name energy falls under the power of the “July Cancer.”

July is a very powerful month as it opens us to the riches and glory of the Summer, time of harvest and reward. It truly represents the power of (7) as our vehicle to transcend the ordinary. In word energy, “July” is the same energy as “June” – as both vibrate to the (14). The difference between the two is that June’s focus is the path of love and service – helping to heal and purify our own personal wounds of love.

July instead takes that love, and brings it to partnership and relates it to others. That’s the harvest – bringing love’s healing to others and seeing how to implement that in a “we” energy. The key is to offer that healing love with tempered response; being gentle in how we choose to use that gift as a vehicle for working with others.

This is why the “United States” has come to be known over the years as the merciful hand of those who suffer – the warm hearted nurse who is called upon to help those who are suffering. Emma Lazarus has pegged the US correctly with the words on the Statue of Liberty, symbol of the immigrant looking for freedom.

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” This is the motto of America.

The energy of the (4) birth date again represents the energy of Cancer, sign ruler of house 4 of the zodiac. The (4) is responsible and fair – someone that you can count on for setting foundations, and offering good authoritative or parental advice, like the Emperor who rules house 4 of the zodiac. The key message of the (4) is to release your fears.

“Fear is a powerfully crippling force that is a formidable barrier to enlightenment.”

Together, “July 4th” brings the (18/9). The (18) again returns us to the archetype of the Moon, planetary guide of Cancer. Those born on this day rule with their heart on their sleeve. Do gooders and helpers, “July 4th” births find intuition is the motivating factor when making good choices. Emotional reactions to life are also common – leading one under this energy to either greater action, or to a life of retreat – refusing to see the obvious.

As the (18) also energizes the planet “Venus”, look for those born under this birthday to enjoy beautiful things, and seek to travel a “path” where “love” “heals” the “dance” of the “ego.” The (18) can be an intellectual or philosophical “bully” and so it must learn to turn the light of scrutiny upon itself, or suffer from “bad luck” or “scandal” when it becomes a “diva” of self-righteousness.

What a remarkable coalescence of Cancerian and Moon energy the birth energy of America, as the “United States” holds. If you are an American, this energy also represents you as one of its citizens. This is the life you also strive to create for your own self, and for your family as a resident here.

So celebrate today’s call for freedom, by enjoying the path of love’s healing energy upon yourself, and creating an even stronger light within, which you can offer as a lamp post for others to follow.

May your days be anchored in love, and acceptance of the blessings of an abundant universe. <3 Kimberly Anne <3
