Weekly Oracle Message for July 2-7, 2012. ♥ Expressions of Love: Venus Style ♥
What an interesting oracle for this week. Venus has returned to her forward motion, and is encouraging us once again, under the energy of the 7th month of the year, to work on our relationships. Everyone wants to know how to attract that soulmate, that one relationship, that will satisfy us to the core. But Venus, under the gentle energy of the Angels, reminds us that the love we seek begins within.

Ladies, this message is a gentle reminder to yourself that when you are in a relationship, you are meant to feel empowered by this new energy of “we.” Our divine natures enjoy relating to others in peace and harmony, but there are some foundations that must be present in order for us to feel stimulated and SEXY!
Many people misunderstand the idea of SEXUALITY. Many believe that it is about sex and the whole dynamic of having it. We are told we must flaunt ourselves in some way, be more proactive in our needs and desires with others, and just open to the world of base desire. But that is not the divine way.
SEXUALITY is knowing how to care for your body in a very intimate way. It is the feeling of being alive in the flesh of self, recognizing the liberty we have within to express our passion to be loved. It is the ADORATION of self, and the COMMUNICATION of our physical needs. Literally, it means “I like me,” and I like how I was made and how I was designed.
Venus, as the Goddess of Planetary Love, asks us to FIRST, learn to communicate with ourselves and know what we desire. What makes us feel good about being us? Do you enjoy romantic dinners, soft caresses, tender moments of conversation? How do you see yourself as a sexually, intimate being – or do we?
Remember, sexuality is really a “head” game. Repressive thoughts tend to get in the way of communicating about your sexuality. Do you have belief systems running that shout at you that what you “feel” is wrong? Do you have childhood teachings screaming at you that sex, or being a sexual creature, is bad or immoral? Are there early sexual traumas still enraging you, causing you to deny your sexual nature? If so, it’s time to address those concepts now.
The key is to turn the spotlight of love toward yourself and examine ways in which you “adore” yourself? Like the love you give to your dearest child, pet or family member, what is it that you adore about yourself? In which ways do you lavish love upon yourself? How are you “adorable” to others? Is it your smile, your kind eyes, your bubbly nature, your steadfast calm in the face of crisis? What is that attracts You to YOU?
True SEXUALITY is an “awakening” of “the truth” within; a “genuine” “knowing” of yourself that “you matter.” As we all enter this stage of evolution of consciousness, we cannot truly ascend to our fully empowered birthright without chasing away the demons of past sexual abuse, and learning to own our own bodies once again. Because what is really sexy, is knowing yourself and owning that inner power.
Think about. Have you ever looked at people who the “world” calls sexy? Some of them you look at and think, well he/she isn’t sexy to me? But what surveys have discovered time and time again, is that inner sexuality comes from an inner confidence. These people OWN THEIR PHYSICAL BODIES in a way that gives them confidence to shine.
So this week, make it a point to “breakdown” the “illusion” of separateness, that your spiritual self cannot be one with your physical, sexual self, and begin the process of COMMUNICATION. As you learn to love yourself, ADORATION from others becomes stronger and you will find that the “I’ love me, becomes a more powerful “We.”
Denial of the sexual nature of our physical beings is a betrayal of all parts of our selves. Anything that is denied becomes a festering wound, and darkens our ability to shine our light. Awaken to the embrace of who you are now, and begin the dialogue with yourself. Light attracts more light. It’s time to let your physical being to glow, like the inner spirit you shine for others.
