Sustainable Human Resource Development (145/63/82)

What is sustainable human resource development? It is to me the true definition of education.

Sabian Symbolism: (145) A large camel crossing the vast and forbidding desert.

Yep, that’s the education system and the situation facing the education of our people. It is like a vast and forbidding desert requiring strength and hidden resources in order to move forward. Reforming the school structure is a formidable task, as we have been unable to sustain or develop our precious human resources. Instead, our efforts have become as barren as the desert – a trek which feels like we have gone nowhere. Though there are many trying.

The field of education is filled with a crowded festival of gawkers and neighsayers and wise prophets – all trying to put in their two cents. It is no surprise that the Sabian symbolism (82) Dancing couples crowd the barn for a harvest festival –  shows clearly the mass of people weighing in on this topic. Many trying to be the “life path counselor” (82) for our students and bring in “the harvest”(45/11/34). But that too requires braving the storm (Sabian 45).

But the heart of the matter (63) Sabian Symbolism : The charming court life at the Garden of Tuileries – shows that we must “never give up”  With the proper “partnership” (63), “inspiration” (63) and “opportunity” (63) we can succeed.

It is certainly the hope of this author to make this a priority in my life through the work of  ”ChickenScratch” (62) as a means for the masses to  ”Wake up and see the truth.”(83) Let’s bring in “the harvest” – heart of Jesus (11) bringing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow (Sabian 34) together. Luke 10:2 “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”
